1. Platform Role (Important Disclaimer)
TattooMe is a technology platform only. We do not:
Perform tattoo services
Employ tattoo artists
Guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services
All tattoo services are provided independently by artists and studios. Any agreements made are solely between the client and the artist.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activity under your account
TattooMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
3. Bookings, Deposits & Payments
TattooMe may facilitate appointment bookings and deposits between clients and artists.
Deposits and pricing are set by the individual artist or studio
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Square)
TattooMe does not control refund policies, which are determined by the artist
By making a booking, you agree to the artist’s specific policies regarding:
Deposits
Cancellations
Rescheduling
4. Cancellations & Disputes
Any disputes regarding services, deposits, or outcomes must be resolved directly between the client and the artist.
TattooMe is not responsible for:
Missed appointments
Dissatisfaction with tattoo results
Refund decisions
However, we reserve the right to review disputes and take action on accounts that violate platform policies.
5. User Content
Users may upload content including:
Tattoo images
Portfolio work
Messages
Profile information
By submitting content, you grant TattooMe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content on the Platform.
You agree not to upload content that:
Is illegal, infringing, or harmful
Violates intellectual property rights
Contains offensive or inappropriate material
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Impersonate another person or business
Attempt to disrupt or hack the Platform
Circumvent payment systems
7. Limitation of Liability
