Image License Agreement
This Image License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“Artist”) and TattooMe.
1. Grant of License
By uploading or submitting photographs or still images of tattoos through TattooMe, you grant TattooMe a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute such images (“Images”).
2. Scope of Use
TattooMe may use the Images for the following purposes:
- Displaying tattoo artwork within the TattooMe platform
- Maintaining an internal image database of tattoo work
- Marketing and promotional materials related to TattooMe
- Advertising, social media, emails, and similar promotional channels
- Internal business, training, and platform improvement purposes
3. Ownership
You retain full ownership of your Images. This Agreement does not transfer ownership of your work to TattooMe.
4. Client Likeness and Consent
You represent that you have obtained permission from any identifiable individual appearing in the Images, including clients whose tattoos or body parts are shown, to allow TattooMe to use the Images as described in this Agreement.
5. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- You own the Images or have the legal right to license them
- The Images do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- The Images comply with applicable laws and regulations
- The Images are not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TattooMe from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from a breach of this Agreement or the rights you grant under it.
7. Electronic Agreement
This Agreement is entered into electronically. Your electronic signature indicates your intent to be bound by its terms.
8. Acceptance
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Image License Agreement.
